Are you wanting to learn more about how to live an active life? You will learn many tips and tricks on how to improve your activity levels and what benefits you’ll enjoy from doing just that from our skilled mentor, Lisa Workman. Children will be able to enjoy fun physical activities alongside our volunteers as well. All attendees will be able to take home valuable informational handouts. Everyone is welcome!
